CIRCULAR ON THE IMPLEMENTATION AND PERMIT VALIDATION UNDER THE STRATEGIC TRADE ACT 2010 (STA) THROUGH ePERMIT SYSTEM AND SISTEM MAKLUMAT KASTAM (SMK)

ONLINE PERMIT APPLICATION UNDER THE STRATEGIC TRADE ACT (STA) 2010

Effective 1 July 2011, online application* for all permits under the Strategic Trade Act (STA) 2010 have to be made via www.mytradelink.gov.my.

* Prior to permit application, online registration is required.Further information on the process flow of registration and permit application is available at MITI's website
