Client Charter for Trade Cooperation and Industry Coordination Section

To process Cost Analysis (CA) application via manual not exceed 7 working days from the date of complete documentation received;

To process Preferential Certificate of Origin (CO) application via manual not exceed 2 working days from the date of complete documentation received;
-
To process Cost Analysis (CA) application via online not exceed 5 working days from the date of complete documentation received; and
-
To process Preferential Certificate of Origin (CO) application via online not exceed 1 working days from the date of complete documentation received.
