Beginning 1st January 2008, import licence (AP) on 29 tariff lines of machinery and equipment will be removed while import licence (AP) on an additional 6 tariff lines will be removed effective

List of Machinery and Equipment
Starting from 16th May 2007, all applications under the GSP, CEPT, ACFTA, MPFTA, MJEPA and AKFTA will be using the new application form which are available at MITI counter or can be downloaded from MITI website.
Starting 20th April 2006, Approval Permit (AP) for Natural Barium Sulphate (Baryte) with H.S Code 251110000 under Custom Act 1967 has been abolished and AP from MITI are not required for all import.
