2.	To process Preferential Certificate of Origin (PCO) applications within three (3) working days upon receiving complete documentation.	Click to view performance

3.	To process Cost Analysis (CA) applications within five (5) working days upon receiving complete documentation.	Click to view performance

4.	To process registration applications as an MITI investor through the SPSKB 2.0 System within five (5) working days from the date of application received.	Click to view performance

5.	To ensure the initial responses to every customer complaint are provided within three (3) working days from the date of complaint received.	Click to view performance

6.	To ensure external customer satisfaction with MITI services reaches a minimum of 85 percent.	Click to view performance
