1.	To process online applications for:	View
	a. Iron & Steel Approved Permits (AP): Import AP : 5 working days; Import AP via ePermit : 2 working days; and Export AP : 2 working days. b. AP for Other Products: Import : 5 working days; Export : 3 working days; and Personal Vehicle : 14 working days.

2.	To process online applications for certificate of origin within 24 working hours upon receiving complete documentation.	View

3.	To process applications for Bumiputera Special Shares within 21 working days from the approval date for shares listing by Securities Commission Malaysia.	View

4.	To resolve complaints about MITI within 15 working days from the date the complaint is received.	View

5.	To achieve at least 85 percent for External customer satisfaction of MITI services	View

6.	95 % payment of bills to be done within 7 working days.	View
