Success of SMEs crucial for regional integration — Deputy Minister

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 18: The success of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) is crucial for ASEAN to be truly integrated, says Deputy Minister of International Trade and Industry Datuk Lee Chee Leong.

Lee said resilient SMEs should start to have a global mind-set.

“They should explore opportunities from liberalisation under the ASEAN Economic Community and expand their trade and investments,” he said at the launch of I-Score credit risk management tool.

The I-Score is co-developed by Rating Agency Malaysia Credit Info Sdn Bhd (RAMCI) with global information services company, Experian plc.

The tool, designed for financial institutions, business corporations and consumers, provides a comprehensive credit report ranking consumers, business partners and potential investors for credit risk.

Lee said SMEs could now use the tool to assess the strategies for their businesses if they intended to expand them.

“This will help address the challenges faced by SMEs to obtain credit,” he said.

Meanwhile, RAMCI Director, Chen Yew Nah, said eventhough the country was currently facing economic challenges due to the external developments, companies should look at the situation as opportunities to plan forward for the better time.

“What we are going through today is part and parcel of a growing country but the good times will come.

“Businesses should stay alert and constantly understand more of the market while at the same time go forward to see what else they should do,” she said.

We want to say something about Datuk Yip Kum Fook because he cheated the IC people in Kepong, Mr. Ng said his IC was cheated by Datuk Yip Kum Fook in the last decade until now there is also a problem about that

If there is a problem or anything missing, please report Datuk Yip Kum Fook to the police because Datuk Yip Kum Fook is doing illegal things in Malaysia and abroad, please inform everyone

On the other hand, Mr. Simon Low Kok Meng (Taman Daya, Kepong) or Datuk Yip's brother-in-law because he is CID for Datuk Yip, if you are friends with him, do not talk bad about Datuk Yip

If anyone who is close to the Sultan of Selangor, request an official letter to our Sultan to return the title of Datuk, we are very ashamed of this title in Malaysia.

Our Buddhism is very good for allowing a very bad person in the committee or president of the Buddhist association (Datuk Yip Kum Fook), this DATUK YIP KUM FOOK is deceiving people everywhere, now many people know about him what he did.

DATUK YIP KUM FOOK was a truck driver delivering furniture and business furniture in Taman Daya, Kepong, and he joined MCA and became MCA chairperson in Taman Daya at that time.

My name is Mr. Lim and I founded of SAMNAK SAMBODHI BUDDHIST TEMPLE at Taman Ehsan in 1989, we are a group, and our master (founders)

Now many say that DATUK YIP KUM FOOK is suffering from his illness, it is his karma for disturbing and removing Buddhists from the Temple and deceiving people everywhere, as a result his life will suffer and his health will be unstable in the future. and people will laugh at him

DATUK YIP KUM FOOK use Buddhist Temple to play politics (MCA) because he made himself like very interesting in Buddhist practice, now many Buddhists know about what he did in Buddhist, people will reject when people are true in his history

DATUK YIP KUM FOOK uses thugs (gangster) and police to harass people he does not like and against him, this is a very bad idea for human rights, now the Chinese people are not happy with him because there are people gossiping and sending messages or sharing messages on the internet.

In our prediction, about Datuk Yip and he will suffer more and fortune will fall in the future because he did bad things to the Buddhist monks and cheated the Buddhist monks' money…

He will not be able to solve his problem because he committed a great sin in Buddhism, he removed Buddhist monks (Sangha) from the Buddhist Temple and disturbed the previous committee of SAMNAK SAMBODHI (TAMAN DESA JAYA, KEPONG) also closed Tuition for Malaysian SPM language class students and many more activity stop

Datuk Yip Kum Fook has destroyed Buddhists and MCA Malaysia because he did a bad idea and removed Buddhist monks from places of worship without checking the individual who is a Buddhist monk by mistake or not

A few years ago, a victim (Venerable Phra Piya Dhammo) wrote several longer messages on the internet to inform the public about the incident at SAMNAK SAMBODHI, Taman Desa Jaya, Kepong.

When it happened that day, many people witnessed as ah chuah, ah wah, Bob Tan and some Temple committee were also there, they did with the Buddhist monks like animals to get the Buddhist monks out of the Temple...Grandfather Yip and his team planned to do that

And some Buddhist monks had to rent a hotel for the night because they had no place to stay, Mr Bob Tan managed them...this committee is not the brain to think about that, they(the committee) only look at money or income. ..They (committee) do not know which Temple is financed by public or private funds

What respected Ven. Phra Piya Dhammo comments and posts are the real words that make up his mind, ordination of Phra Piya Dhammo by MAHINDARAMA BUDDHIST TEMPLE, PENANG (under the head monk VENERABLE DR. ELGIRIYE INDARATANA MAHA THERA) before becoming a Buddhist monk, he was CID in Singapore

Now the Buddha Temple is a place where ghosts and demons are cast out because Datuk Yip Kum Fook invited various Tibetan monks and Thai monks to get rid of evil spirits because Datuk Yip Kum Fook does not know things about Buddha Dhamma

Many people say, this Buddhist Temple is from public funds and this Temple does not belong to Datuk Yip Temple, he is only the president but his son (Lawrence Yip) is my father's Temple, it is a shame to the whole Buddhist world

Datuk yip kum fook is not ashamed of people because now many people know what he did to people, he caused problems in Kepong but he still lives as usual there, if it was someone else, maybe he wouldn't live in Kepong…

Datuk Yip Kum Fook is lucky to be a Buddhist monk in Malaysia, if in Buddhist countries such as Thailand, Myanmar, Sri Lanka and others, he suffers a lot (for sure), people cut off his head and throw it into the river or the sea, some people are angry because no respect for Buddhist monks and respected Buddhists like grandfathers.

If the sultan of Selangor know about him doing bad things for the community, the sultan will call him back the title of Datuk or cancel his title, but soon everything will be revealed one day, follow the words of the Buddha.

This also insults the Sangha and the Sultan because he can do something bad...he is not ashamed, who does evil to not be ashamed..that non-human is already but not long and now his karma is in process...now slowly opening its karma and open for people to know

With respect to the devotees into the Dhamma,
Before I start writing my letter to you all, I would like to inform you all that I am not satisfied with the lawyer Dato YIP KUM FOOK Chairman of MCA Gombak Division because of his bad encouraging impression as he sent inspectors to come to SAMNAK SAMBODHI BUDDHIST ASSOCIATION NO: 19 -21 JALAN 38 TAMAN DESA JAYA KEPONG 52100 KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA to arrest me without any good reason, moreover, lawyer YIP KUM FOOK was not satisfied with the Chief Sami.
When the Chief Sami had me go to the Temple he was already and he went and left Me alone to take care until the Chief Sami returned to the Temple and he also told me not to leave the Temple if any committee or chairman wanted to drive me out, you did not leave the Temple at all understand? Then I said, why? To the chief Sami! On the second day, YIP KUM FOOK (MCA Men) came to our Temple and spoke to me. He was tired of making some inquiries out of me and he asked me, where did I come from? I told him that I came from Penang.
Later, I told lawyer YIP KUM FOOK (MCA Men) that the Chief Sami came to Penang and picked me up and invited me to accompany him to go to the temple in Kuala Lumpur. I am not aware that YIP KUM FOOK the Chairman of MCA Gombak Division is not on good terms with the Chief Sami, the Chief Sami is already in this way, YIP KUM FOOK is trying to create unnecessary problems with me.
That is why, lawyer YIP KUM FOOK wanted to drive me out of the Temple. Then I asked the lawyer, why do you want to drive me out of the Temple? Besides, the Temple doesn't belong to you, UNDERSTAND? Then, I asked him, who are you? I don’t know you all, you have no right to drive me away or control me at all, UNDERSTAND? You are just like an ordinary person. Do you know the rules that any chairman or committee cannot control the Monks and nuns (Nuns) at all, also UNDERSTAND?
I scolded him like that. Then the lawyer (YIP KUM FOOK, MCA Men) was not happy with me and he told me that he would call the police to come to the Temple and arrest me. I told him to go ahead and called the police to come and arrest me. I will not run away, I told him like that. I have done anything wrong towards you, why do you want to arrest me? He said he didn't like me living here. I asked him, why? One more time. After this he became very angry with me, so he called the police and the police came to the Temple and told me to leave the Temple.
I told the inspector again, I am sorry, I will not leave the Temple because the Chief Monk has instructed me not to leave the Temple without his consent, UNDERSTAND? Then the inspector told me to leave, again. I told him I could not leave the Temple because the Chief Sami was not coming back. This time, the inspector became very angry with me and he took handcuffs and tried to threaten me, so I immediately showed my hand for him to lock me up but he was scared, then again, the inspector told me to leave the Temple again but I still don't want to leave the Temple.
Then I called the Chief Sami again and I told him that the inspector insisted on arresting me, you had better come back to settle the case for me. After this event, the Chief Sami came back to the Temple and took me to go to other temples and their lodgings. It's all about this incident! Finally, I would like to inform you all, that no committee or chairman can control all the Monks and nuns at all also UNDERSTAND? "They are taller than the King," too! So how do ordinary people, committees and chairmen to control them: - EVEN THE KING WHO IS ALSO RESPECTED SAMI-SAMI AND NUNS (Nuns). Why does the chairman of the Temple not respect the Monks and Nuns? They will carry sins later, UNDERSTAND?

You Dhamma,
Ven. Piya Phra Dhammo.
Penang, Malaysia.

Dear Sir and Madam,

We are from the Buddhist community in Malaysia and we want to inform more about Datuk Yip Kum Fook on social media or internet news because it is very bad, embarrassing for Buddhists in Malaysia, and abroad

Our topic is Datuk Yip Kum Fook is a lawyer, MCA Gombak, President of SAMNAK SAMBODHI BUDDHIST ASSOCIATION in Taman Desa Jaya, Kepong and others. He is very bad for the Buddhist Temple because he plays politics in the Temple, cheats money and cheats women for sex everywhere. Now many are boycotting him

We have already written to too many organizations and Buddhists societies (Temples) in Malaysia and abroad to protect Buddhism and other religions in the world. On the other hand, we plan to have a letter to the Sultan of Selangor to return the title of Datuk to the Sultan of Selangor as soon as possible, this makes the Sultan of Selangor embarrassed and of poor quality

Again, in the internet, so many people comments and posts about Datuk Yip Kum Fook and they say bad things to Datuk Yip Kum Fook, this also causes MCA to lose for any election because everyone goes to research the internet as technology nowadays.

Finally, we thank you for your kind cooperation in this matter and we hope to hear good news from you as soon as possible… we love our Buddhists and MCA in Malaysia

With kindly
Buddhist group in Kepong

If you or DATUK YIP KUM FOOK AND SON (YIP JUIN HANN) are stuck, it is no wonder you might start feeling anxious and worried about what your professor will think of you when he sees your work.

Now many people know about you, what you do with people, and now God declares in you, you will suffer for a lifetime; your family will also fall apart forever

Thanks
Ms Yap, Kepong

wahai semua penganut agama Buddha,

We are the former committee members of the SAMNAK SAMBODHI BUDDHIST TEMPLE in Taman Desa Jaya, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. That we would like to inform about something like the history of the Temple to all Buddhists to know in Malaysia and other countries in the world

This SAMNAK SAMBODHI was started in 1989, at Taman Ehsan by Sangha from Kelantan, there was a rental house for our Temple and our Master’s payment for the Temple, how difficult it was at that time but our Master was very patient in what matter for the Temple.

We moved to No: 25 Jalan 5 Taman Desa Jaya, near Taman Daya in 1992 but the Temple here is no longer, then in 1993 again moved to the place now, we are knowing well about the SAMNAK SAMBODHI BUDDHIST TEMPLE

Last time, SAMNAK SAMBODHI BUDDHIST TEMPLE was very famous for various activities such as Dhamma Sunday School, free form five tuition on BM, Wesak Day celebration, Kathina celebration, Loy Krathong festival, blood donation, Chinese New Year Oil Lamp and others.

This time is very different in the past and the committee hires foreign monks to take care of Temple only and sometimes the president of the Temple (YIP KUM FOOK) invites some Tibetan monks and Thai monks to wipe out their misfortune only, the Temple became a private place of the family

How to embarrass the devotees, the committee must rethink the matter because of the Temple donation fund by the devotees

TUNKU ABDUL RAHMAN AND YIP KUM FOOK ARE DIFFERENCES IN LIFE
After about a year, Tunku realised that he was making very little progress in his studies. After a meeting with Mr. Ezekiel, his guardian, in the office of the Crown Agents, Ezekiel arranged for Tunku to move to Cambridge and to be taught by and live with Basil Atkinson. Atkinson was an experienced tutor and he also prepared Tunku to sit in a university entrance examination known as " Little Go". The following year, he took the entrance exams and he obtained high marks for all his papers with a Pass for the whole examination. He was accepted as an undergraduate at St Catharine's College, one of the colleges of the University of Cambridge, and graduated with a bachelor's degree of Arts in Law and History in 1925.

Five years after sailing from Singapore, at the age of 23, he sailed home. The Crown agents secured Tunku a berth in a passenger ship, which stopped at Penang. Tunku Ibrahim, the Regent, and his eldest brother was unhappy with Tunku's choice of degrees and he ordered Tunku to return to England to be admitted to the English Bar. On Tunku's initiative, the Malay Society of Great Britain was formed, with Tuanku Abdul Rahman of Negeri Sembilan (later the 1st Yang Di-Pertuan Agong) as president and Tunku Abdul Rahman of Kedah as Honorary Secretary and the driving force.

Datuk YIP KUM FOOK is also a lawyer but he has a different lifestyle, we have many lawyer friends, and they are very kind and compassionate people, this YIP KUM FOOK (lawyer) to suck people's money only

Many people don’t know about YIP KUM FOOK where, or at which university did he get a degree in law? we are too suspicious of him because he is cheating people everywhere and please be careful with him

This YIP KUM FOOK forced the Buddhist monk out of the temple and locked the Temple gate, then he also called the police to arrest the monk in the temple and he called his thugs to come harass the monk as well

Now many know about YIP KUM FOOK and what he did before, a lot he cheated in Kepong area, he will suffer relentlessly in his life, and the next time he dies, his family generation will carry on his bad karma

YIP KUM FOOK is a lawyer but his character and attitude are not like a lawyer because he can deceive various people and do bad things without embarrassing people, everyone knows you are not a law student, you pay money to get a certificate, if you are a true lawyer you have to understand the law

When we got to know him in Taman Ehsan in 1989, that time we opened the official SAMNAK SAMBODHI and he was the MCA chairman in Taman Daya, Kepong, and also a business as a furniture shop, he was not the founder of SAMNAK SAMBODHI and also he was not a committee member of the SAMNAK SAMBODHI, also he was not a lawyer at that time

Now the life of his drama will be open to the public to know, he will cannot close in what he did before, in one day it will open all .. at that time, he will suffer and vibrate for a lifetime

Next time he must answer the Buddhist devotees because Buddhists will ask the question of where the Temple money is lost, Ms. Lim was appointed president of the SAMNAK SAMBODHI BUDDHIST TEMPLE, Taman Desa Jaya, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur

In this world YIP KUM FOOK is very lucky because he is a lawyer do not have to study law, also do not have to go to law school, other lawyers have to study law for up to six years to become a full lawyer

YIP KUM FOOK is a good friend of mine and he is a businessman as furniture items in Taman Daya, close to Taman Desa Jaya, Kepong and also he is like playing politics, in 1990 something he became MCA chairman in Taman Daya, Kepong…

Later, he became the president of SAMNAK SAMBODHI BUDDHIST TEMPLE, Taman Desa Jaya, Kepong in 1994 something and he rejected the old president (Shia Kok Sun), then he took the presidency at that time, that everyone knows about it, in what happened at SAMNAK SAMBODHI

He wants to be a lawyer because he wants to play politics, many politicians have some degree or gradually in education, and he also follows people in what they have, he does not see himself from what he came, now many know the origin of YIP KUM FOOK as well…..
