             AICO was established in August 2015 as a Unit under MITI following a key recommendation of the
         NMalaysian  Aerospace Industry Blueprint 2030. The primary objective of NAICO is to oversee the
          implementation of the strategies and initiatives in the Blueprint.  NAICO serves as the focal point in linking
          the aerospace industry players, relevant Government ministries and agencies, and academia to
          collectively work together in strengthening the capability and capacity of Malaysia’s aerospace industry.

             Coordinate, prioritise, review,
                   manage and monitor
              overall aerospace industry
              development programmes.



                                                                               Promote and facilitate the
                                                                               involvement of local players
                                                                               particularly Small Medium
                                                                               Enterprises into the global
                                                                               aerospace supply chain.
                         Coordinate the
                  implementation of the
           Malaysian Aerospace Industry
              Blueprint 2030 and monitor
              the progress of the industry.




                                                                               Secretariat to the Malaysia
                                                                               Aerospace Council (MAC).




                    A reference point for
                  local and international
                      aerospace players.
