Corporate Communications

Functions

The functions of the Corporate Communications Unit is to plan and manage public relations through the following activities:

  • Media Relations
    • managing and developing media relations in order to gain maximum news coverage and mutual understanding with the media.
  • Corporate Communications
    • disseminating the right strategic message and information on government policies relating to international trade and industry for public confidence.
  • Information Management
    • monitoring issues and feedback in the media and internet; and compiling and updating information on international trade and industry.
  • Multimedia Presentation
    • producing and coordinating multimedia presentations such as corporate video and PowerPoint slides for briefing and promotional activities.
  • Complaints Management
    • Managing complaints made by the public.
