“2022 is a story of our resilience” commented Datuk Muhammad Azmi Zulkifli, Chief Executive Officer of Invest KL regarding the RM2.79 billion FDI secured in 2022. The achievement marks 2022 as the best performing year since the agency’s inception in 2011.

In the recent 2022 Investment Performance announcement, Invest KL has secured a total of RM21.52 billion in approved and committed investments since 2011. This stellar performance was achieved through the establishment of over 120 global services hubs, which led to the creation of over 19,000 high skilled jobs for Malaysians.

MITI will continue to support Invest KL’s initiatives in collaborating with leading global companies and strategic partners to strengthen Malaysia’s foundation in adopting sustainability standards, in line with the National Investment Aspirations (NIA).
