Majlis Pra-Pelancaran Malaysia Autoshow 2024 [December 12, 2023]

Kuala Lumpur, 12 December 2023 - The soft launch of The Malaysia Autoshow 2024, organised by The Malaysia Automotive, Robotics, and IoT Institute (MARii), took place at Dewan Seminar, Menara MITI. The Malaysia Autoshow 2024 (MAS2024) aims to continue the tradition of showcasing the latest vehicles on the market, including both Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) and Electric Vehicles (EV).

The MAS 2024 Soft Launch was officiated by YB Senator Tengku Datuk Seri Utama Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz, Minister of MITI. In his remarks, he highlighted that the National Automotive Policy (NAP2020) has a clear trajectory for the local automotive industry’s future preparedness. This involves the development of Next Generation Vehicles (NxGV), specifically focusing on energy-efficient and environmentally friendly Electric Vehicles (EVs). These initiatives are in line with the launches of the New Industrial Master Plan (NIMP) 2030 and the National Energy Transition Roadmap (NETR).

MAS2024 is scheduled to run from 21st to 26th May 2024, at the Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS) , and will expand to nearby IOI City Mall to provide an even more extensive experience for visitors.
