1. Please be informed that all approved STA permit application need to be followed up with submission of Delivery Verification Statement (DVS or Form 6) under the Sub-regulation 10(7), 11(7), 12(7) and 13(4) of the Strategic Trade Regulations 2010. Please refer to https://bit.ly/3vJq9s4.

2. DVS for Single and Special STA Permit to be submitted within two (2) months from the date of export, while DVS for  multiple-use and bulk permit to be completed by permit applicant and to be submitted upon request by the relevant authority.

3. Submission of DVS soft copies must be sent to dvs.sts@miti.gov.my. No more hardcopy submission is required.

4. Pursuant to subsection 40(1) of STA 2010, a person who submits false or misleading information in any application, report or other document for any purpose under this Act or the related laws commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be punished with a fine not exceeding one million ringgit or with imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or with both, and in the case of a body corporate, be punished with a fine not exceeding two million ringgit.
