BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Aug 28 (Bernama) — Malaysia’s concerns on the outcome of the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP) negotiations are being diligently addressed, said the Chairman of the Malaysian Parliamentary Caucus on the TPP, Datuk Wira Ahmad Hamzah.
He said Malaysia’s negotiators have been considered “tough” as they actively take part in negotiations by raising all of the issues the Malaysian people are oncerned with once the TPP agreement is implemented.
“Although details of the negotiations could not be disclosed just yet, we are quite sure, with the efforts made by our officers who are negotiating, that they are actually looking after the interests of Malaysia as a whole,
“The good part of this negotiation is that nothing is agreed on until everything has been agreed upon he told Bernama on the sidelines of the 19th round of TPP negotiations here.
