Malaysia-OIC bilateral trade to rise 19% this year

Posted by vox vox on November 18, 2015 at 9:50 am

KUALA LUMPUR: Bilateral trade between Malaysia and the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) countries is expected to rise by 19% by the end of this year and by 25% next year, said International Trade and Industry (Miti) Minister Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed.

“Today, OIC countries’ share of global merchandise trade is still low. We are still trading with other countries (non-Islamic nations).

“Because of this, Malaysia has successfully signed a bilateral free trade agreement (FTA) with Turkey and Pakistan as a catalyst to boost bilateral trade between the Muslim nations,” he said.

He said Muslim nations had much to offer to the world, as they always had, from knowledge and resources to culture and products.

“And now, the Muslim world also has big opportunity in the halal economy and in trade and investment in halal goods and services.

“This opportunity should not be missed by OIC nations as many non-Islamic nations are already seeing the profit in this industry and becoming active in it,” he said after launching the OIC-Asia Trade and Economic Forum 2015 in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday.

He said the event was not just an opportunity to foster trade and development, but build and reinforce the ability and desire of Muslims globally to contribute to the economic well-being and growth.

Mustapa said Muslim nations had a lot of room to improve in terms of products and services to enable them to diversify into new markets.

“We would like to encourage more Muslim companies from OIC countries to come to Malaysia to set up business here.”

It was reported earlier that between January and May this year, Malaysia’s total trade with OIC countries was valued at US$15.55bil (RM66.9bil), down 19.7% from US$19.37bil (RM83.3bil) in the same period in 2014.

Total exports to OIC countries for the first five months of 2015 amounted to US$8.20bil (RM35.3bil), a drop of 20.5% from US$10.33bil (RM44.4bil) in the same period in 2014. - Bernama

Datuk Yip Kum Fook is lucky to be a Buddhist monk in Malaysia, if in Buddhist countries such as Thailand, Myanmar, Sri Lanka and others, he suffers a lot (for sure), people cut off his head and throw it into the river or the sea, some people are angry because no respect for Buddhist monks and respected Buddhists like grandfathers.

If the sultan of Selangor know about him doing bad things for the community, the sultan will call him back the title of Datuk or cancel his title, but soon everything will be revealed one day, follow the words of the Buddha.

This also insults the Sangha and the Sultan because he can do something bad...he is not ashamed, who does evil to not be ashamed..that non-human is already but not long and now his karma is in slowly opening its karma and open for people to know

DATUK YIP KUM FOOK is like a ghost because he eats everyone's money, money of Buddhist monks and also cheating women everywhere, if DATUK YIP dies one day he will fall into a very big hell, it is a shame for this human being.

He burned for the Hindu Temple in Taman Daya, Kepong many years ago because he wanted there for open a his furniture shop, this is a very bad the Indian group in Daya Park knows who made it, this Datuk Yip will be afraid to stay in Kepong, now there are thugs or gangster (Kepong) against him because he never gives them money for service charges (Many people said)

He created himself like a spiritual person but in his mind like a ghost to suck everyone's blood, his friends he also cheated...many people suffered because Datuk Yip used the police and thugs (gangster) to harass those who opposed him, today many people know who is bad in Kepong

The second number created is Simon Low Kok Meng (Taman Daya, Datuk yip's furniture store nearby) Simon Low Kok Meng is Datuk Yip's brother-in-law and bodyguard or security and spy.... This Simon Low is more of an acting drama (The front is a very good friend but the back is like a big ghost)

I am Mr. Lim and my nationality are Malaysian (Chinese community and MCA member) and I am the founder of Samnak Sambodi Buddhist Temple with my Master in Taman Ehsan and moved to Taman Desa Jaya, near Taman Daya, Kepong because we already know each other, what happened to the Temple(Samnak Sambodhi)

Datuk Yip Kum Fook is also bad because anything happens or a little problem also inform the police and thugs, if you are a lawyer who knows the law there is no need to call the police and the thugs(gangster) solve the problem (some things are also call the police, sometimes the police ain't got time for you (Datuk Yip gets it!)

Please share with everyone to protect and save MCA and Buddha Dhamma
Lim and friends….Kepong

VENERABLE PHRA PIYADHAMMO (Penang Buddhist monk who retired from the Singapore Criminal Investigation Department (CID) and MCA member) said about the character of Datuk Yip Kum Fook and his polite (morality) sharing to the public, how bad is this datuk yip....

Without suspecting the president of the Buddhist temple to be like an animal in the forest without knowledge of humans and without compassion or having a good heart as well, you are a Buddhist and a Buddhist leader of any Dhamma in the brain, this is a very wrong path in the knowledge of Buddhism, in in your brain there is only jealousy and desire, again very embarrassing for the Buddhist

How much Dhamma is in Buddhist texts, you also don't know, now many people know about you doing bad things in Buddhism because many websites say about you ... MCA members are also suffering about what you are doing for the party....we are also members of MCA, we embarrass others

MCA will be humbled because of you (Datuk Yip Kum Fook) and his assistance or spy SIMON LOW KOK MENG (Taman Daya, Kepong), this needs to be careful when you talking near him, very dangerous Kepong people, more careful the better, before having something

Furthermore, my father said, don't talk about Mr. Yip because he(my father) had a fight with Mr. Yip, if you talk bad about Mr. yip listen, Simon Low will contact Mr. Yip soon....this is very sad in Buddhist chests and Buddhist Temples from believers fund in Malaysia or abroad

Our country is not safe and stable, if there are people like that and also our society becomes weak in many ways, DATUK YIP KUM FOOK will fall in the future
